How to Reserve the Gallery

1. Phone 330.438.0030 to check availability
2. Download, print, and return the Facility Rental Agreement
3. Send in your deposit of $200
That's it! Once we receive your rental agreement and deposit we will hold your date!
 

Rental Fee

$100 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
Set up and tear down time included in rental

Use of our 6,000 square foot main gallery
Use of our 1,000 square foot studio gallery
Caterer access to our ~6,000 square foot warehouse
50+ Parking spaces in our adjacent parking lot
Integrated Bose® sound system with CD and iPod® inputs

Party Use of the warehouse (+$50/hour)

Tips

The acoustics in the Saxton Gallery are phenomenal, we advise against amplified music
Use reputable caterers and event planners
If you plan on serving alcohol, request a caterer with a valid liquor license
