Complimentary services exclusively for CFASS clients:

  • Property receipt and packing inspection: Upon your instruction, CFASS will receive, inspect and deliver property to your storage unit or keep it in our holding vault pending your arrival
  • Shipping arrangements: CFASS will work with your preferred shipper
  • Preparation and release of property: We will prepare and release property for shipment with client-preferred shippers
  • Use of viewing galleries: On request, CFASS will prepare your property for formal viewing in one of our galleries
  • Web access: On-site web access is available to all clients
  • Online account management: A secure CFASS website allows clients to view and settle accounts, reserve rooms and arrange for property receipt or release

Managed Storage

Managed storage is for clients who prefer to have CFASS store their property in the CFASS managed warehouse instead of using their own individual unit. Access to the managed warehouse is limited to CFASS staff who will arrange viewings on site for clients on request. In managed storage, each item is received, inspected, photographed, barcoded and secured in the managed warehouse by CFASS staff. Clients of the managed storage service may access images and details of their stored property online.

All CFASS staff are carefully selected and their background thoroughly investigated. Each staff member receives specialized training across all disciplines from Christie's auction house, whose internationally-celebrated heritage includes handling art for over 200 years. CFASS staff applies this hallmark expertise to the unique demands of handling fine art, antiques and collectibles at CFASS and will advise on optimum storage conditions for all varieties of media.
